Meet Lyle Mioduszewski, RN, President and Co-Founder of Perfecting Peds. Kicking off his patient advocacy journey as a high school student while working in the Emergency Department of a local community hospital, Lyle then dove into nursing, working in hospitals across the United States before turning his full-time attention to healthcare industry growth, strategy, and population health roles.
Since 2016, he’s been an executive with startups and giants like ZOLL Medical Corporation, PointClickCare, McKesson, and Datavant. With a lifelong passion for pediatrics, Lyle has come back to innovating in care delivery, the area he feels most connected to, and co-founded Perfecting Peds to change the standard of care in medications for children.
“I find it compelling to wake up every day and get to focus on a problem that exists so rampantly, yet barely anyone is innovating around it. With Medicare Advantage, senior care, and health information technology fueling so much innovation over the last decade, pediatrics has been left in the dust. We set out to convince care delivery and risk stakeholders that we know the problem, we have developed a comprehensive solution over time, and we will do the actual work to deploy it, the best way we know how. We’ve also set out to let parents and young adults know that we can help them directly, as soon as they find out about us.”
Living in sunny Naples, Florida with his wife Samantha and their trio of adventurers: Louis, Hudson, and Nora, when he’s not transforming pediatric care, you’ll catch him boating, fishing, golfing, or tearing up the mountain bike trails.
