Perfecting Peds is proud to welcome David Medvedeff, PharmD, MBA, as Director of the Board. David brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of pharmacy, healthcare innovation, and technology-driven care delivery—expertise that strongly aligns with our mission to improve access, coordination, and outcomes for children and families.
David is currently the CEO of Radence and is widely recognized for his role as the co-founder and former CEO of Aspen RxHealth, where he built one of the first large-scale marketplaces for pharmacist-provided clinical services. His work has helped redefine how pharmacists engage in patient care, expanding access to high-quality, outcomes-driven services nationwide.
Earlier in his career, David held executive leadership roles at VUCA Health, Elsevier, and Gold Standard, where he focused on advancing medication safety, enhancing patient experience, and strengthening clinical decision support tools used by healthcare providers. Across each role, his leadership has centered on using technology to solve complex healthcare challenges while keeping patients at the core of every solution.
David earned both his Doctor of Pharmacy and MBA with a concentration in healthcare from the University of Florida. His contributions to the field include developing digital health solutions to improve medication literacy, helping establish national quality measures for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and expanding patient experience measurement tools across hospital systems.
As a board leader and advisor, David brings a unique blend of clinical insight, entrepreneurial thinking, and operational expertise. His ability to translate complex healthcare systems into practical, scalable solutions will be invaluable as Perfecting Peds continues to grow and innovate.
We are honored to welcome David to the Perfecting Peds Board of Directors and look forward to the impact of his leadership as we continue working to deliver coordinated, family-centered care that truly makes a difference.
