Brian Urban, VP of Healthcare Ecosystem Development at Perfecting Peds, has been named a 2025 Pittsburgh Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree.
Recognized for his leadership in pediatric medication management, Brian also brings deep academic contributions through the Dartmouth College Institute for Clinical Practice & Health Policy and his graduate research at Brown University. Beyond healthcare, Brian and his family co-own and operate Little Lake Farm, which has donated over 5,000 eggs and helped feed 80+ Pittsburgh-area families every month since March 2024. His blend of innovation, scholarship, and community impact earned him this distinguished recognition.
